What is plant based living?

A plant-based diet is one that completely avoids foods derived from animal products. That includes meat, fish, eggs, and dairy. Processed foods are to be completely avoided as well. That includes refined flours, sugars, and oils. Instead, a plant-based diet focuses on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Whole foods are foods that come in their natural form meaning they have been minimally processed. This is absolutely not a diet, but a lifestyle change.
