Plant-Based Fudge Zucchini Brownies

Plant-Based Fudge Zucchini Brownies! They are so moist and so good!

Recipe (makes 8)

—12 tbs coconut flour

—5 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

—1.5 tsp baking powder

—1/2 tsp salt

—7 tsp ground flax & 16 tsp water to make flax eggs

—2 tsp coconut sugar

—1 grated zucchini

Method

Once ingredients are prepared, mix in a large bowl and transfer to a greased loaf tin. To make flax eggs, simply mix the flax meal and water together. Cook in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Once cooked, divide into 8 slices.
